Review: Tabou by Beckett Riley

This book reads like the script of an action movie with lots of twists and turns. It was engaging and exciting, I loved every minute of this plot and it’s steamy too, so a great combination. I just couldn’t get past the fact that the MCs are siblings. Step-siblings would work and not have that yuck factor but they’re blood-related. I assumed the taboo here would be related to the business they inherited so I was not prepared for this. I enjoyed this book but that little fact keeps me from completely loving it unconditionally. It’s a fantastic plot and ends with a great set up for a series but incest just isn’t my jam. I received an ARC from Xpresso Book Tours in exchange for an honest review.
