Carolina and Duncan met by chance when he was applying for a new job but the attraction was immediate. She was hesitant to act on it due to their professional relationship, but it’s a good thing she did because making a date with Duncan ended up saving her life. The sexy former SEAL had the skills needed to save them both when things went sideways. This was short, sweet and suspenseful and I enjoyed it very much.
This is a Salvation Society novel but can be read as a standalone. I received an ARC from Xpresso Book Tours in exchange for an honest review.
