I loved Niall in Finn and Una’s story so couldn’t wait for his and it did not disappoint. They met during the raid when Finn and his men rescued Una and the others, so this picks up where Finn left off. Anna’s safe and free now, but the ordeal she’s been through has changed her forever, so life isn’t exactly back to normal. She depends on Niall and he’s happy to oblige, finding it impossible to let her go.
He’s a natural protector, even if he doesn’t realize it yet and she’s so much more of a fighter than she even realizes, I loved everything about these two. Niall and Anna met under the darkest circumstances, and he was her safe place from that moment on. They’re both broken in their own way, but together they heal each other, and I loved everything about these two.
This is dark but sweet, suspenseful but steamy and everything I wanted for these two. I’d like to thank the author for providing an ARC in exchange for a n honest review.
