“I need a ride,” I said to a sexy stranger on a Harley.
Three hours later? A six-foot-tall Marilyn Monroe was officiating our Vegas wedding at the Happy Chapel.
But it’s not love—it’s business—a marriage pact made out of desperation so my career doesn’t go up in flames.
Sure, Flynn Winslow is a hot, broody, mysterious man that women all over the globe would sell their souls to land for real, but I have my eyes on the prize and our marriage arrangement will end in three months with no strings attached.
Right?
Or will it all go out the window when I have to move in with Mr. Mysterious and our fake marriage starts to feel remarkably real?
I wish it were as easy as telling myself, Do not fall in love with your fake husband, Daisy, but apparently, when feelings get involved, not everything that happens in Vegas knows how to stay in Vegas.
I didn’t think any Winston brother had a chance of unseating Jude as my favorite but I’m #TeamFlynn all the way. He’s the responsible one, the one who abstains so he can babysit his drunken brothers during Jude’s bachelor party. He’s the quiet one who never has much to say so I never suspected Flynn to have the most fantastically dirty mouth but wow. I repeat, WOW.
Daisy is lovably neurotic and a little bit crazy but she’s so much fun. Her constant stream of consciousness rambling when nervous – which is often — is just so relatable and real. They seem like they’d totally clash but his calm quiet soothes her and her gift for always having something to say brightens his quiet little world. Opposites attract often falls flat for me but it works perfectly with Flynn and Daisy, I loved them together.
Their story is ultra steamy and hilarious Max Monroe at their best but still sweet and romantic in every way. This is an instant favorite and one I’ll definitely read more than once. I received an ARC from Social Butterfly PR in exchange for an honest review.
