ARC Review: The Redo by Max Monroe

Over fifteen years ago, Remy Winslow was left at the altar and swore off love for good.

Now a broody bachelor who is set in his ways, Remy is about to come face-to-face with a second chance at happily ever after.

Will he be able to drop his guard and find a way to say ‘I do’ all over again? Or will a bitter taste of the past burn the eternal bachelor once again?

This is a perfect conclusion to a favorite series. It’s bittersweet because I absolutely loved this series and Remy is the final Winslow brother so this is the end. I really hate when a good series ends, but the upside to that is a lovely extended epilogue that jumps into the near future to show us what everyone is doing later on. I almost didn’t want to read this knowing it meant the series is over but I couldn’t wait for Remy’s story and jumped right on it.

Maria and Remy are high school sweethearts who meet again decades later. They’re immediately sweet together and it’s obvious that Remy always regretted letting her go. I loved these two from the first pages. Maria is sweet and good but life hasn’t been kind to her so she’s currently juggling a crazy situation. Remy has been closed off since being stood up at the alter years ago, but he’s drawn to Maria and can’t get enough of her. They’re so good together and I especially love Remy’s insistence on helping with the baby and how quickly they bonded.

There’s a healthy dose of the others in here so I got my Jude and Flynn fixes. I like Ty, but honestly, he’s fourth. Flynn is my favorite but Jude is a close second and Remy isn’t far behind. I received an ARC from Social Butterfly PR in exchange for an honest review.
