Review: Big Bad Betrayal by Renee Rose + Lee Savino

I’M THE WOLF BORN TO DESTROY HER PACK.

I’ve spent years building toward one goal—bringing down the pack that brainwashed my mother and ordered me dead. It’s my sole focus and I don’t get distracted.

Not when I have dreams of a woman with hair like starlight. Not when I discover she’s an Adalwulf who serves as pack Seeress, my sworn enemy.

Not until I’m alone in an elevator with her and she collapses against me, shaking with a vision only she can see. I wrap my arms around her and hold her through it. Give her a few moments of comfort and disappear before her guards ever see my face.

I should forget her. Instead, I hunt her.

When I learn the Adalwulfs have locked her in a tower—their own seeress, caged like a weapon they can’t control—I turn feral.

Her pack will call it war. She’ll call it kidnapping. My wolf calls it destiny.
Aster is mine.

Big Bad Betrayal is a stand-alone book in the Werewolves of Wall Street series. This enemies to lovers, rival packs inclusivity romance features a Deaf wolf shifter and his psychic fated mate. No cliffhanger, HEA guaranteed.

I never get enough of shifters or the Blackthroat pack and this book was no exception. Noah and Aster’s story was everything I wanted and more. She’s the Adulwulf Seeress and a prisoner in her own pack. Noah is deaf with no pack of his own but he’s used to being a lone wolf and it works for him. He has a plan, which brought him into the city and eventually to the Blackthroats, when the Adulwulfs didn’t hire him. He knows Brick won’t like this, but Noah has to see it through, he just has to figure out what to do with the woman from his dreams.

They’re both lost souls meant to make each other whole and I loved every minute of it. Aster’s life has been one of fear and servitude, but she doesn’t exactly have options. She lives imprisoned in a tower until the handsome wolf comes, first in her dreams but soon to rescue her. Noah is drawn to save the beautiful prisoner from the evil Adulwulf clan even before he realizes she’s his fated mate. I don’t want to give away any details so will just say that I loved everything about these two and their story. I’d like to thank the authors and Literally Yours PR for providing an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
