I’m about to start reading Flame by Adriana Locke, which is Foxx Carmichael’s book. I’m looking forward to his story but it’s kind of bittersweet as it’s the end of a series I’ve really enjoyed. Disclaimer: I never want a series I like to end and always hope author will continue them forever or at least until I’m too old and out of it to keep reading, but alas that can’t be.
Grabbing Foxx’s book got me thinking about the others and how much I enjoyed this family. These books are a perfect blend of humor and heat and I love everything about them. All of the Carmichael boys have given us great stories and women worthy of delirious girl crushes, so I can’t really say I liked any one more than the others.
But Moss and Brooke hold a special place in my heart because they were the beginning. Friends to lovers doesn’t always work for me but these two are fire and I love this book. If you haven’t met the Carmichael family, you’re truly missing out. I can’t recommend this series enough.
