Review: Sexy As Sin by Willow Winters

I took the fall for a crime I didn’t commit, and it cost me everything. Including the only woman I ever loved.

I’m not the man she fell in love with. Four years behind bars made me harder, colder… with a temper I can’t control.

But one look at Kat and nothing else matters. I’m broken without her and a shell of a person I used to be.

She is my one and only. My addiction and my sanity. I could never imagine how time would change everything and how far we’d drift apart…. but she can’t deny this heat between us and she can’t hide the way her body reacts to mine.

Kat was mine once and nothing can ever change that.

I only hope the secrets of the past four years don’t tear us apart the moment I make her mine again.

This short novella is packed with suspense thanks to layers of drama, so I couldn’t put it down. Kat and Cillian were high school sweethearts until their lives imploded when he went to prison for a crime he didn’t commit. Cill was loyal to the MC and kept his mouth shut. Four years in prison were hell, especially without Kat, but he made it through and now he’s back to rebuild the club.

Things have changed so much and not for the better, so this isn’t what he expected to come back to, but at least he has Kat. Although she has secrets she’s not ready to share because she’d not sure they can survive if their lives blow up a second time. There’s a lot of intrigue and suspense as they struggle to rebuild their forever but the biggest bomb to drop has nothing to do with the club. This is steamy and suspenseful and I really enjoyed it, especially the ending. I’d love to read the epilogue, but not badly enough to pay for it since most authors give that to readers as bonus content (myself included). I received an ARC from Valentine PR in exchange for an honest review.
