I found this challenge on Hannah’s Bookshelf and it’s not new but looks like fun so I had to do it.

5 Memorable ‘B’ Books

A Borrowed Boyfriend by Angela Casella
This book is a perfect start to a new series and it had so many things I loved: fun, likable characters, a fake relationship, plus Nicole and Damien using their newfound inheritance to make life better for others in unique ways that are just so Nicole. There’s at least one other book in the series that would fit here so I’ll give A Brooding Bodyguard an honorable mention.

The Best Friend Zone by Nicole Snow
A great friends-to-lovers story but so much more. Tory and Quinn are one of my all-time favorite couples, plus they’re joined by a goofy dog, a herd of goats and a meddling grandma. This story is all steam and suspense with off-the-charts chemistry and characters I couldn’t get enough of, so a definite favorite.

The Bet by Max Monroe
This book is easily one of the funniest I’ve ever read and probably one of the steamiest as well. Jude and Sophie are fire, and their story is an amazing start to the series. The Winslow family is very much like my own, so I loved everything about them.

Blood To Dust by LJ Shen
This is a story I never get enough of and have read multiple times. The characters and situations are unique, you never know what’s coming next and the action never stops. I adore this couple and everything about their story.

But First, Whiskey by Erin McCarthy
This story was the biggest tease! I first read about this couple in an anthology and couldn’t wait for their book to find out the rest of the story. Faith has always crushed on her brother’s best friend, but when she runs into him for the first time in a long time, he doesn’t recognize her and flirts up a storm. She flirts back and things really heat up, then her brother asks his BFF to hire her, and things get wild. Their story is laugh out loud funny and so much fun.

5 ‘B’ Books on my TBR

The Baby Blitz by Lex Martin
Maggie has never gotten along with her brother’s best friend, Ollie, but they call a truce for one night and things get out of hand. She just wants to forget that night entirely, but she’s got a reminder for the rest of her life.

Baby With My Ex’s Best Friend by Brooklyn Cox
We all have dating regrets so I think the ex’s best friend, ex’s hotter older brother and ex’s enemy tropes just call to us on a primal level.

Bombshell by Jessica Prince
Her ex’s much hotter older brother, need I say more?

Bosshole Boyfriend by Laine Watson
The accidental pregnancy trope isn’t a favorite and I’m rarely a fan of boss-employee romance but something about this story calls to me.

The Butcher and the Blackbird by Brynne Weaver
This one has been on my TBR since it came out a few months ago because I love the idea of two serial killers teaming up. Sloane is a serial killer who only kills bad guys (a la Dexter Morgan) and one day she meets Rowan, another serial killer who goes for the bad guys. They become friends and then more and I just love this storyline so much.
