Review: Find Me by Ashley Rostek

One year ago . . .

My family is gone. My parents. My twin sister. All of them murdered by the man who has stalked me for years. He nearly killed me, too. But I got away and he’s still out there, searching for me. He won’t find me. At least, I hope not. Thanks to WITSEC, I’ve been given a new life with a new identity.

The present…

My uncle, my only living relative, has helped me glue myself back together and given me the tools I’ll need to survive. I’m not fixed and my grief is heavy, but I’m at a point where I can put one foot in front of the other to try to move on.

I know my future will be hard and lonely. I must stay strong and focus on the good. I’m getting a second chance at life. I am safe. My new home is beautiful. The four brothers who live next door are even more so. Little do I know that Colt, Creed, Keelan, and Knox will soon become my everything. It’s as if my lonely heart screamed out for someone good to find me. Four answered back.

This story is damn good, I don’t even know where to start. The WITSEC series is my new obsession. The last couple of years have been a living nightmare for Shiloh and she’s only eighteen. Her freedom was stolen by a stalker more dangerous than anyone would have imagined. She witnessed the slaughter of her family at the hands of her stalker, barely escaping with her life, then spent a year living in the Alaskan wilderness before starting over with a new identity far from home.

Shiloh has demons and nobody to share her pain, until she meets the boys next door. Colt and Creed are instant friends and Keelan follows, although Knox resists. They’re all sexy, sweet and completely protective of their new friend. The attraction is strong but they’re brothers so Shiloh refuses to choose. Then one day, she learns she doesn’t have to choose at all.

This story is steamy and suspenseful and everything I want in a book. Her backstory is amazing and it unravels bit by bit, just enough to keep you guessing. The Stone brothers are strong, sexy and they only have eyes for Shiloh so the tension is incredible. This is a super slow-burn but it’s so worth the wait. The stalker is still out there and nobody can stop him so Shiloh’s always looking over her shoulder but she also has to deal with all the usual high school stuff, like bullies and mean girls.

I couldn’t put this book down and read it through all at once, it’s that good. I was riveted and couldn’t wait to grab the next book in the series.
