This is probably the single dirtiest thing I’ve ever read but it’s also one of the sweetest, most romantic stories I’ve ever seen. Devi is beautiful and comfortable enough in her own skin to be a porn star, but also sweet and down to earth and just instantly likeable. Logan is hot with a capital H and just gets better as the story goes on. They’re perfect together but life gets in the way and Devi would never ask him to give up his career. Walking away from him is the hardest thing she’s ever done but she’s shocked to realize that love doesn’t leave any room for porn in her life. She doesn’t want to be with anyone else and she certainly can’t handle seeing Logan with anyone else.
Logan knows something is wrong in the balance of his life, but it takes losing the love of his life and reaching utter despair to recognize the issues. The authors weave mythology and astronomy throughout for a dreamy, romantic feel but manage to shine a light on the “me, too” issues in Hollywood and handle it respectfully. Their story is raw and real and beautiful and I loved every minute of it.
