When I really like a book, I usually post a review on retail sites and Goodreads. Reviews are critical for authors and often help me decide what to read next, so I appreciate them as a reader, too. But I read a lot of books, too many to review them all and when things are really hectic, I’ve got to keep it short. Rolé over at Hooked By That Book inspired me with her Quickie Reviews feature, so I present more mini reviews.
This story is very short but cute & so much fun. It has a surprising depth of emotion for such a quick read & it’s full of action happens but flows nicely & the pacing is great. There’s a great balance of suspense and steam, with a few surprises. Tank & Foxfire are great & I loved everything about their story.

Bad Boy Alphas book 4

This is short, sweet and funny. I loved the characters Scarlett & Killian. Adrian & Dustin were fun too & Addison was the perfect villain. This book made me lol more than once but there were also parts that felt disjointed, like is a page missing kind of disjointed. I thought maybe this was part of a series & I was coming along in the middle but nope, so maybe the editing? I enjoyed it but it didn’t feel complete. Three and a half stars.

This story started out well but Levi was such an immature tool at times + he’s definitely not the sharpest knife in the drawer, so he wasn’t my favorite. It was hard to understand why Ally was so into him because they never really seemed to connect on any level + the whole relationship was purely physical.

This story wasn’t bad at all, but it wasn’t great either. I grabbed it because the blurb sounded fun, and the story line intrigued me, but the characters fell flat. They were so basic, totally one-dimensional and forgettable. I enjoyed the story well enough but as soon as I put down the book, I forgot all about them because they just weren’t well-developed.
