I’m a sucker for a hockey romance and this one seemed different but I felt a bit let down. I enjoyed the storyline but the characters just didn’t have enough depth for me to care. Ryder is stuck on the fact that Zoe was still a virgin, Zoe cries about everything instead of having discussions like a normal adult, his friend has a toddler but can’t clean chocolate off of his kid because dads are helpless, everyone annoyed me.
